How to Prepare for Your Tattoo Session?
- Make sure to get a good night’s sleep and rest before the session 👌🏽
- Eat something in the morning on the day of the session. If the session will be long, it’s a good idea to bring a snack with you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours before the session. On the morning of the session, avoid coffee and energy drinks.
- If the skin in the tattoo area is dry, it’s great if you start moisturizing it with lotion for about 3 days before the session.
- Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing that gives access to the area where the tattoo will be done.
- It’s not recommended to tan 5–7 days before the session, especially if your skin is prone to irritation.
